Result: Bray 1 - Saints 3

St Pat's got their 2018 season off to a winning start beating Bray Wanderers 3-1 at the Carlisle Grounds this afternoon.

The Saints got off to a flying start with Ryan Brennan connecting with Owen Garvan's free kick after just 5 minutes.

The Saints doubled their lead a few minutes later when Kevin Toner headed home a Conan Byrne free kick.

The third goal came after 10 minutes when Christy Fagan found the net with Conan Byrne providing the assist.

Hugh Douglas scored a consolation goal for the home side with 20 minutes remaining.
