BOARD REPLY TO THE "PATS FOR RICHMOND" LETTER (3)

Would the Board decide to play home games anywhere other than Richmond Park if that was against the clearly expressed wishes of the majority of supporters?

At the moment there are clearly a number of options available to the club in terms of where home games will be played, the main ones being:
• Stay in Richmond Park
• Enter into a groundsharing arrangement with any one of the three other main Dublin clubs whether it be in Tallaght, Dalymount or a new stadium
• Attempt to source a site for a new stadium for sole occupation and ownership by St Pats.

The coming weeks and months will see us investigate all of these options. One of the main considerations in evaluating these options will be the projected income of the club in each of the options. This is what will ultimately decide both the success of the club on the playing side and the security of the club going forward. Having sailed very close to relegation and bankruptcy over the last two years it is clear that these are of paramount importance. Obviously the supporters contribute significantly in both financial and non-financial ways and their wishes will be a huge factor in any decision.
