Saints Undone By Derry

St Pat's were without Chris Forrester as they were undone by 10-man Derry City at Richmond Park, with the 22-year-old due to travel to Peterborough United to discuss personal terms over the weekend after the clubs agreed a deal for his services.

Poor defending allowed Ciaran O'Connor net the decisive strike for Derry in the 20th minute, though Pat's twice failed to rescue a point in the closing stages as Morgan Langley and Conan Byrne, from a missed penalty, allowed golden opportunities pass them by.
