Bale At Richmond

Gareth Bale could becomes the world's most expensive player when he departs Tottenham before the close of the transfer window.

We thought we'd look back on his Spurs debut which was against St Pat's in a friendly at Richmond Park back in July 2007!

The young Welsh defender played in front of a sell-out crowd who saw Robbie Keane captain the visiting side and score the only goal of the game.
