ARMSTRONG TO MISS START OF SEASON

St Pat's have been dealt the bad news that striker Chris Armstrong will miss the start of the 2006 season.

The 21 year old who joined the Saints in August picked up a training ground knee injury which caused him to miss the last 9 League games.

Chris was informed this week that he would need surgery in the New Year which will leave him sidelined for up to 3 months.

We wish Chris a speedy recovery and look forward to see him back for the Saints in 2006.
