Coombes Scores For U19s
St Pat's midfielder Ryan Coombes was on the scoresheet tonight as the Ireland U19s beat their Czech Republic counterparts at Flancare Park.
Coombes opened the scoring in the 27th minute forcing the ball home from six-yards out after connecting with a low cross by Paul George
Kenneth McEvoy scored a second goal for Paul Doolin's side while František Liška scored a consolation goal midway through the second half.
The two sides will meet again in another friendly at Athlone Town Stadium on Thursday, February 7 (7.30pm).
