SOCCER COACHING EXTENDED AT ISLANDBRIDGE CENTRE
The St Pat's Soccer Challenge has recently been expanded to cover the students from the primary school as well as the senior school at St John of God Services, Islandbridge.
The centre helps people with intellectual disabilities and over 30 students from the centre are now participating in the clubs' soccer coaching course.
Saints striker Alex Williams was on hand to launch the course recently and was even persuaded to get involved in a mini game at the end of the session.
The St Pat's community team always receive a warm and enthusiastic response from the students and carers and they very much look forward to their weekly trips to Islandbridge.
