UCD 1-0 St Patrick's Athletic

Pete Mahon's St Patrick's Athletic suffered their second defeat in succession this evening at UCD Bowl as a David McMillan goal – only their eighth of the season - was enough to give College all three points and continue their unbeaten run to four games which includes four clean sheets.

In truth, the men in red and white simply failed to convert a whole host of chances as Cash, Coughlan (who had a shot cleared off the line), Faherty, Mulcahy and McAllister all had chances to get on the scoresheet for the Inchicore side.

Saints drop to second and now look ahead to a mouth watering clash at Richmond Park on Friday against new table toppers Dundalk.
