St Pat's centre-half Con Blastis'contract has been terminated by mutal consent, 4 weeks before it was due to expire.
Con, who signed for the Saints in pre-season, has been hampered by a niggling injury that saw him make only two appearances for the Saints, both in the League Cup competition.
It is understood that he will return home this weekend.
