ST PAT’S FANS TEAM SHOW FIGHTING SPIRIT

The St Pat's fans team showed plenty of fighting spirit when they came back from 3-0 down after ten minutes to narrowly lose out 5-4 to a Shelbourne fans' team in a recent friendly match at the Ivy Grounds in Crumlin.

Wearing their new home strip as presented by club sponsors' Paddy Power, the St Pat's fans faced a much younger Shelbourne side whose fitness eventually told on the day.

Well done to all involved and no doubt a rematch will be planned at some stage.

The St Pat's senior team are in action this Friday night when they travel to Galway in the League and again on the Bank Holiday Monday when they host Shamrock Rovers in the second round of the EA Sports Cup with a 3.00pm kick off at Richmond Park.
