LARSEN IN CONTENTION

New signing Glen Larsen is available for selection and is likely to go straight into the squad for Friday's game against Bray Wanderers at the Carlisle Grounds.

The Norwegian attacker has great creative flair and Saints Chief Executive Bernard J O'Byrne hopes that the former Dundee player can demonstrate his obvious talent as soon as possible.

“Glen is a skilful player who will be an asset to our team,” explained the CEO.

“As everyone knows, this is a difficult League to come into and it is always hard to know how long it will take players to settle but Glen is committed to breaking into the team and performing at the level we know he is capable of as quickly as he can. That can only be a good thing for the club.”
