SAINTS CRUISE TO BELFIELD VICTORY

Goals from Glen Fitzpatrick, Ryan Guy and Keith Fahey secured the three points for Pats against UCD this afternoon.

Fitzpatrick gave the Saints a first half lead with a neat finish on 32 minutes after Mark Quigley's shot was blocked.

Despite their half-time lead John McDonnell's men struggled to see off a dogged UCD side.

The game was over as a contest on 70 minutes when Ryan Guy made it two. Fitzpatrick's 20 yard shot rebounded off the crossbar before Fahey squared for Guy to tap in.

Fahey finished off the scoring four minutes from time when he finished well from a narrow angle.
