ROBBIE DOYLE NOT SUSPENDED

Contrary to League notification, Saints striker Robbie Doyle is available for selection for tonight's clash with Derry City.

The League had mistakenly notified the club that Doyle was banned for the game on 12th August but have since admitted their error and confirmed that the forward is indeed available for selection.

Both the Media Officer and the General Manager of the League have confirmed the error and have undertaken to inform the press of this oversight as to avoid any potential confusion on this matter. However, with both these members of the League currently in Sweden due to Cork City's clash on Thursday evening, it is possible that a statement may not be issued in time to meet Friday's press deadlines.

Kick Off for tonight's game is 7.45 pm and tickets are available from 125 Emmet Road all day.
