TRAGIC DEATHS OF TWO YOUNG SUPPORTERS

While it is always terrible to hear of Saints fans passing away it is a great tragedy when those supporters are of a very young age.

Only last week we learned of the passing away of 14 year old Mark O'Neill from Palmerstown who lost his fight against leukemia. Mark spent many a Friday evening cheering on his favourite team with family and friends.

Today we have learned of the tragic, untimely death of Peter Ryan after a short illness. Peter has supported his team up and down the country through thick and thin.

The chairman, secretary and board of the club wish to extend their sincere condolences to the families of both Mark and Peter. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha.
